Make the project easier to trust and continue

Repeatable review, durable handoffs, truthful closed days, and a staged architecture for personalized Edge Focus.

Project automationReviewClosed daysMy EDGEHandoff

NOWEDGE’s product work and its development process moved closer together. The day’s milestones made builds easier to validate, decisions easier to hand off, closed sessions more truthful, and the next personalized surface safer to explore.

Create a repeatable project workflow

A set of project controls now reports source state, validates the build, prepares review material, and generates handoff documents.

The workflow verifies which build is being reviewed while keeping human acceptance explicit.

Make weekends and holidays truthful

Closed days no longer masquerade as an ordinary premarket state. Future agenda context remains available, and Labor Day weekend correctly points toward Tuesday’s next session.

Define Edge Focus without fabricating a setup

Edge Focus now has a development architecture for the future three-part surface: Candle, Edge Focus, and Clock.

The surface remains staged rather than active in the normal live layout until a truthful candidate source exists.

WHAT WE LEARNED

Make evidence easier to inspect without weakening acceptance.

  • The development system needs the same source-of-truth discipline as the product.
  • Built, validated, and accepted are different states.
  • Personalized context must not be inferred from generic calendar data.
NEXT

Use the system on the next real build.

  1. Use the new workflow during real development sessions.
  2. Continue live validation.
  3. Activate Edge Focus only when its inputs support what is shown.
